In partnership with MKT GmbH in Germany, Merton A/S offers ABS, PP and laser edge banding. MKT produces edge banding to order and offers many creative and inspiring products:

- with or without hot-melt adhesive
- with or without lacquer
- Glossy or matt effect with embossing
- Metallic decoration or metallic structure in combination with a colour
- Transparent edges
- Shock-absorbent edge banding

ABS edge banding
Width: 12.0 – 400.0 mm
Thickness: 0.4 – 4.0 mm

Innovative laser edge banding
Merton A/S also offers laser edge banding. Using the latest innovative technologies, we produce cost-effective edge banding to create homogeneous and seamless transitions between edge and board.

Customised decorative patterns and other options are available on request.

Melamine edge banding
Melamine edge banding with hot-melt adhesive- available in many different patterns and UNI-colours.
Thickness: 0.4 mm
Width: 23.0 mm
Other thicknesses and depths are available on request.

Finoboard edge banding
Matching NM (natural matt) or WF (wood finish) varnished veneer edge banding to match the structured Finoboard finishes.

Thickness: 0.5 mm
Width: 23.0 mm
